Rachel Mace is a Staff Research Associate at the LGR where she is working on developing vector assembly methods for arrayed cloning as well as multiplexed CRISPR technologies. She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.S in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. At UCSC, she was a team member of the 2020 UCSC iGEM team and worked on tackling various humanitarian issues through the use of synthetic biology.
